TO SIGN UP, BRING A VALID ID DURING DESK HOURS. PLEASE CHECK OUR CAMP BULLETIN FOR HOURS OF OPERATION. AFTER REGISTERING, YOU WILL RECEIVE A STAMP AND A DESIGNATED TIME SLOT TO BOARD A RIDE THE FOLLOWING DAY.

ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO SCHEDULED RIDE TO CHECK IN. OUR HOST WILL GUIDE YOU TO STOW YOUR LARGE ITEMS. ENJOY MUSIC ON THE OUTDOOR DANCE FLOOR WHILE YOU WAIT. CHECK OUT THE ITINERARY BOARD FOR YOUR TURN AND GET SET FOR A 7-MINUTE HEAVENLY EXPERIENCE.

HOT AIR BALLOON SET-UP AND FLIGHT EXPECTATIONS
Our Signature Balloon rides in Black Rock City undergo thorough testing and meticulous planning to ensure a balance between enjoyment and safety, taking into account the region's unpredictable weather patterns ALL FLIGHTS ARE WEATHER PERMITTING.
The process commences within the balloon perimeter by unfolding and inflating the balloon, preparing the basket, and conducting equipment tests.
Flights are tethered, limited to heights between 75 to 100 feet, and secured at three points for safety measures.
Featuring a CUSTOM DJ setup, live dj sets played on board are transmitted to Aether Echos, our open-air dance area for all to enjoy.
The balloon smoothly ascends and descends every seven minutes to ensure seamless rotation of passengers during flights. we take approximately 30 to 40 participants an hour accompanied by the Pilot and Dj.
